How-to: Leave Special Instructions for my Pro

Intro

To improve your lawn care services, you can communicate your specific needs or instructions to your Pro. You can save your lawn care preferences directly in your Lawn Love account for future reference. Alternatively, you can use Message My Crew if you need further communication with your current Pro.

Before You Begin

• Must have an active Lawn Love account, username, and password set up.

Adding Instructions or Preferences for my Pro

1. Login to your Lawn Love account.
2. From the dashboard, select the Edit button beside your property address.
3. You will be directed to the first page of the Update Your Property screen.
   • You can fill out the details on this page but this is optional.
4. Scroll down and select Save & Continue to proceed to the second page.
5. From the second page of the Update Your Property screen, fill out the necessary details for your pro.
   • For gated properties, you can follow the steps in How does Lawn Love handle gates that are locked.
6. Select Save & Finish to save your preferences.
