Before You Begin

Must have an active Lawn Mowing subscription.
Requesting an Additional Service
- Sign in to your account on the website.
- At the top right-hand side of the screen, select Order.
- Choose the service you are interested in.
- The website will walk you through the steps.
- If you do not see the service you are interested in, select Other.
- Type what items need to be done in the box under Which items on the property do you need serviced?
- You can click on See how quoting works for more information on how the quote system works.
- Fill out the box What would you like done? Be as detailed as possible. This is what the pro will see when pricing the quote.
- Select Where on the property? (From the street) the work is to be completed. Select all that apply.
- Select how frequently you would like the service performed.
- Bush trimming is set to monthly if no selection is made.
- Enter what you are wanting to spend under What is your budget for this work?
- Upload photos of the area and work that needs to be done. It is not required but will help to make sure the quote given is accurate and gets done in a timely manner.
- Select Get a Price.
- Depending on the type of quote you requested, you could receive a quote immediately or your crew will give you a price for the work the next time they come out to mow.
- If the crew quotes the work, you have up to 48 hours before your next scheduled service to approve or deny the quote.
