Intro
Lawn Love tries to make it easy for Customers like you to see an itemized billing history of your account. Any time a service is marked complete, it will show in the Billing History. On the Lawn Love website, you can go to Billing Details to view the breakdown of your charges and credits.

Before You Begin
- Log in to your Lawn Love account using your credentials.

How to Read the Billing
- From your dashboard, click the dropdown arrow beside your name on the top right.
- Click Billing Details.
- On your Billing History, you will see a Charge Confirmation and a Lawn Mowing at "your address" line items that will expand when the dropdown arrow is clicked.
- Two sections will be shown where you can see the debits and credits, and the actual date when the charge is made.
- Charge Confirmation - is the actual charge made on your card which usually reflects three to four days after the service is completed.
- This will show the total amount charged on your card if you select the dropdown arrow.
- Lawn Mowing at "your address"- this will reflect on your Billing as soon as the service is done, but would not create a charge to your card yet.
- In this section, the individual debits and credits will be shown.
- Charge Confirmation - is the actual charge made on your card which usually reflects three to four days after the service is completed.
- Two sections will be shown where you can see the debits and credits, and the actual date when the charge is made.

An example of a Basic Mowing billing
Click the arrow icons to expand and see the details.
- A First Mow Deal applies a credit to your account to default the Basic Mowing price to $19.
- Notice that the total came up to $23.21 after tax, since the First Mow Deal excludes tax and Long Grass Fee, if there is any.
- There will be a separate section for an Additional Service if there is any.
Line item for Tip
- There will be another line for Long Grass Fee if your Pro reported Long Grass.
