Summary If an area of your property was damaged during a Lawn Love service visit, please let us know within five days of the pro's visit in order for us to handle the situation promptly. Some types of damage are time sensitive and in order to serve you best, damages need to be reported as soon as they are seen. It is difficult to find claims valid if property damage is reported after five days. Log in to your account and select Support and then Property Damage to get started filing your claim.

Once you log into your Lawn Love account, select Support.

Under Report an Issue, select Property Damage.

If you have more than one address, select the arrow on Which property was affected? to select the address where the damage occurred.

Next, select When did you first notice this? to bring up the calendar and select the date that the damage occurred.

In the section Please describe the damage in detail, enter as many details as you can about the damage.

Next, you will be asked to upload photos of the damage.

You can either select the photo with your mouse on your computer and drag the photo into the box or select the box with the finger pointed to it and upload the pictures.
- If you get the message You have reached the maximum file upload size (1 MB). Please resize or remove images and try again., you will have to either crop, resize, or change the file type of the photo. PNG files are larger than JPG files.

Next, enter the estimated cost of the damage.

Choose whether you would like to have the damaged item replaced or to be reimbursed.

Select Yes or No to the question Have any other contractors or third parties visited your property recently?

Select Submit Report and our Incident Resolution Team will contact you promptly via email.

The Incident Resolution Team solely communicates in writing, via email.
