Summary The Long Grass Dispute allows you to submit a request to our support team so we can review the Long Grass Fee that has been applied to your account, or the quote for the long grass that the pro reported when they visited your property.
What is it
- What is Lawn Love's Long Grass Policy?
- You will be notified of the Long Grass Fee, LGF, via email and SMS in case it is applied to your account.
- You will have up to five days to submit a dispute after the Long Grass Fee has been applied.
- A member of our support team will review the dispute and email you regarding the outcome.
- The LGF will be collected from your card after 3 days, the same as the lawn mowing charge. If a dispute was submitted for it and our support team deemed the LGF as valid, we will collect it after seven days.
