Summary If your grass is over 12 inches, the pro will submit a long grass report. You will need to review and accept the quote before the pro can complete the service. To accept the Long Grass Fee, you can open the report by selecting the Long Grass Report link in the notification that you will receive via email and SMS.

- To go over your Long Grass Report, select the Long Grass Report on the email that you received and it should prompt you to step 3.
- You can also log in to your LawnLove account and under My Scheduled Services, select the REVIEW & APPROVE button.
- You will be routed to the Long Grass Report screen, where you can review the photos from the pro and the price of this one-time long grass service.
- Click Learn more about long grass pricing for more details on how long grass pricing works.
- After reviewing the price, pick a date when you want the pro to return from the choices below.
- Select the green SCHEDULE SERVICE button to submit.
- Rejecting the long grass report will prevent the pro from completing the service.
- Your schedule is booked! Select BACK TO MY SERVICES to go back to the homepage.

- A daily reminder to review the Long Grass Fee will be sent to you until the quote expires.
