[Customer] How-to: Receive Promotional Offers

Intro

We encourage you to share your positive experience with Lawn Love on Facebook, Nextdoor, or by referring a friend. Your recommendations can help others discover the convenience and quality of our lawn care services. As a thank you for recommending us, you will receive credit on your account as an incentive for your valuable support.

Before You Begin

• Install the Lawn Love app.
  • via Google Play for Android
  • via App Store for iOS
• Log in to your App.
• A check mark next to the referral platforms indicates you have already shared and received this credit and not enough time has passed to receive it again.

Refer a Friend 

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select the Profile tab.
• Under Share and Earn select Earn credits by sharing. 
  
  • If you prefer to send the link through any communication service you have. 
• Under Send a $19 mow by sharing an invite link select COPY next to the link.
• Select SMS or Email. 
  
  • You will be taken to your contacts in your device. Enter your friends or family's email addresses or phone numbers in the pop-up window.
• Select Send Invite.

Recommend on Facebook

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select the Profile tab.
• Under Share and Earn select Earn credits by sharing.
• Select Share on Facebook.
• A pop-up will appear to share the post on your Facebook account.
• After sharing the post, the $2 credit will automatically be applied to your account, and you will see a green checkmark next to the "Share on Facebook" option, indicating that the sharing process was successful.
  • The availability of sharing options for subsequent times may vary depending on your market area.

Recommend on Twitter

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select the Profile tab.
• Under Share and Earn select Earn credits by sharing.
• Select Share on Twitter.
• A pop-up will appear to share the post on your Twitter account.
• After sharing the post, the $1 credit will automatically be applied to your account, and you will see a green checkmark next to the "Tweet This" option, indicating that the sharing process was successful.

Recommend on Nextdoor

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select the Profile tab.
  • You can also access the referral option in the top right corner of the Browse and Inbox tabs by selecting the gift box icon.
  • The option will also appear when you rate a mow 4 or 5 stars. 
• Under Share and Earn select Earn credits by sharing.
• Select Share on Nextdoor.
• Select Copy Message below the text box to copy the content and paste it on Nextdoor.
  
  • It is important to copy the content using the Copy Message button to ensure you receive the credit on your account. 
• Select Click here to post on Nextdoor.
  • You will be redirected to your Nextdoor account.
• Select What's #happening nearby, @neighbor?
• Paste the message.
• Select Post to confirm.
  • Lawn Love may auto-tag but this is not always the case.
• If the option is available, tag Lawn Love by selecting the three dots for the drop-down menu to appear.
  • If the option to tag Lawn Love is available, Lawn Love has to be tagged to receive the credit.
  • If the option is not available, tap Share post to share and receive credit.
• Select Tag a business from the drop-down menu.
• Type in Lawn Love and then select any of the tags from the drop-down menu.
  • The tags will vary depending on your location.
• Once you select Lawn Love from the drop-down, you will be asked to confirm that you want to recommend us. Select Yes.
• Once you have tagged Lawn Love, your post should reflect the tag.
  • The final product should contain the message and the Lawn Love business tag.
• Select Post to confirm.
  
  • You can share on Nextdoor multiple times, but you are eligible to receive a credit only if there is no checkmark next to the word Shared. The checkmark indicates that not enough time has passed since your last share to receive a credit.
  • The waiting period to share on Nextdoor for credit may vary by market area.
  • Regularly check your account for eligibility to share again.

Rate the App on Google 

• Log into the app and there will be a banner at the top of all screens that read Are you enjoying Lawn Love? Select Yes.
• The next message will say We'd greatly appreciate a review. Select Sure. 
• You will be redirected to Google Play where you can rate the app and write a review.
