[Customer] How-to: Update the App

Intro

It is important to ensure that you have the latest version of the app to maintain the security of your information, resolve any issues or bugs, improve the app's performance, and stay updated with the latest technology. You can verify if your app is up to date by comparing your app version with the version available in the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.

Before You Begin

• Log in to your account through your Lawn Love app.

Check Your App Version

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select Profile at the bottom right corner of the screen.
• The version of your Lawn Love app can be found at the bottom of the screen, just below the Sign Out button.

Check for the Latest App Version

• For Android users:
  • Go to the Google Play Store and search for the Lawn Love app.
  • Tap on What’s new.
  • Scroll down to the App Info section to see the latest version of the App.
• For iPhone users:
  • Go to the App Store and search for Lawn Love app.
  • You will find the latest version of the app under What's New.

Update the App

• For Android users:
  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Tap on the menu icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select Manage Apps & Device from the menu.
  • Under Updates Available, you can select Update All or See Details and select the App.
  • If an update is available, tap the Update button next to the app.
• For iPhone users:
  • Open the App Store.
  • Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Scroll down and find the Lawn Love app under the Available Updates section.
  • If an update is available, tap the Update next to the app
