In this article, you will find instructions on updating personal information, updating property details, adding a new property, and enabling notifications for your account.

Updating Personal Information
- Sign in to the app.
- Select the Profile tab at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
- Under Account select Personal Information.
- Update your name, email, or phone number from here.
- If changing your email please note this will change your login user name.
- Select Save.
Updating Property Details
- Sign in to the app.
- Select the Profile tab at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
- Under the Property section select Property Information.
- Here you can give your Pro any special instructions for your property, access issues, and the area to be serviced.
Adding a New Property
Note If you do not need service at the old address you will have to cancel the services for that property.
- Sign in to the app.
- Select the Service tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Beneath My Services click the drop-down arrow next to your current address.
- Select + Add a new property address.
- Start typing your new address in the Address field. It should start auto-populating addresses. Select the address you are trying to add when it appears.
- If for some reason the address you want to add doesn't automatically appear manually enter your new complete address in the available fields.
- A confirmation screen will appear when you have successfully added the new address.
- Now you need to add the services you want to the new address. Select Book Service.
- You will be directed to the Browse tab. Select Order Now on the Lawn Mowing box.
- Lawn Mowing service is required for each property.
Enable Push Notifications
- Log in to the app.
- Select the Profile tab.
- In the top right corner select the Settings icon.
- Select Notifications.
- On the Notifications page, you can enable push notifications for Upcoming Service Reminders, Completed Service Notifications, and Pro Messages by sliding Push Notifications in the on position.
Save Access Code via the Web
- Log in to your Lawn Love web account.
- Select Profile located in the top menu of your dashboard.
- In the Account section, select Property information from the menu on the left side of your screen.
- Select Yes beside the question Does your yard have a gate?
- Select Yes, with a gate code under Do you lock your gate?
- Enter your access code under What is the access code?
- You can also update other details of your property but this is optional.
- Scroll down and select Save & Continue.
Save Access Code via the App
- Go to Profile on the bottom right of the Lawn Love dashboard menu.
- Next, select Property Information.
- Choose Yes when asked Do you have a gate?
- Choose the option Yes, with access code, when asked Do you lock your gate?
- Type your access code in the box.
- After that, choose your gate size.
- If you live in a gated community, scroll down to Is access to your neighborhood restricted (e.g. gates)? and select Yes to type in your neighborhood access code.
- You may add instructions for your Pro on how to access your community, but it is optional.
- Select Next.
- You can update the details of your property in the More Details screen but this is optional.
- Select Save & Finish.
