Intro
If an area of your property was damaged during a Lawn Love service visit, please let us know within five days of the Pro's visit in order for us to handle the situation promptly. This article will walk you through the steps to report that damage to us.

Before You Begin
- Log in to your Lawn Love account via the App.
- Take photos of the damage before beginning the reporting process.
Reporting Property Damage
- Log into your account through the app on your phone.
- Select the service that the property damage occurred during.
- At the top right corner of the screen select the Question Mark icon.
- Select There was damage to my property.
- From the Report damage enter the date you first noticed damage by clicking on the calendar in the box.

Please describe the damage in detail in the next box provided.
- Include where on your property exactly the damage occurred.
- Upload several photos of the damage by selecting the green box labeled + UPLOAD PHOTOS.
- We strongly encourage using the Choose from Library option. Take photos of the damage before reporting the damage so the photos are saved in your gallery and easily accessible.
- Enter the estimated cost of the damage in the What is the value of the damaged items? field.
- In the Upon resolution, which would you prefer? section choose between Replacement or Reimbursement.
- Complete the field Have any other contractors or third parties visited your property recently?
- Select Submit Report and our Incident Resolution Team will contact you promptly via email.
- The Incident Resolution Team solely communicates in writing, via email.
Reporting Property Damage After Account is Canceled
- Sign in to the app and select the Profile tab.
- Under the Account section select Past Services.
- You will be taken to the Service History screen, select the service the damage occurred during.
- Select the ? icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the Help Desk screen select There was damage to my property.
- From the Report damage enter the date you first noticed damage by clicking on the calendar in the box.
