Can someone call me to discuss my claim?
All damage communications are handled solely through email for the protection of all parties involved, to ensure both of us have a written record of any and everything discussed.
Due to the sensitive nature of these types of concerns, they are handled completely by our specialist team.
The specialist team responds to claims in the order that the claims are received.
Can I receive my reimbursement via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc?
No, if your claim is approved the reimbursement will come in the form of credit, refund, or
ACH Direct Deposit.
Why do I have to sign a release of liability form?
The release of liability form is put in place to protect customers and Lawn Love from
fraud or negligence.
Can the credit from my damage claim resolution be transferred to a refund or ACH if I cancel?
No, credits are not cash or tradeable currency and are only good for Lawn Love services. If credit was issued and you cancel, you are relinquishing the right to that
credit and no other compensation will be given.
