[Customer] How-to: View the Billing Statement

Intro

At Lawn Love, we prioritize convenience for you, our customer, ensuring easy access to your itemized billing history. Whenever a service is marked as complete, it will be automatically reflected in the Billing History section. To access your billing details, log in to your account using the Lawn Love app. If you need to save or print the information, you can do so by logging in to your account via my.lawnlove.com using your web browser.

Before You Begin

• Log in to your account through the App or web browser.

View Billing Statement

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select Profile at the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
• Select Billing History.
• Your billing history will populate with the most recent transactions appearing at the top.
• Select the drop-down arrow to view a specific lawn mowing charge.

Read Billing Statement

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select Profile at the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
• Select Billing History.
• Your billing history will populate with the most recent transactions appearing at the top.
  • The Charge Confirmation section displays the total amount charged to the card on file:
    • The total amount charged to the card on file.
    •  The confirmation number of the charge.
  • The Service section provides a breakdown of the charge associated with your service.
    • Service name
    • Property address
    • Price per service
    • Trust & Safety Fee (for Lawn Mowing services)
    • Tip, if applicable (The tip option will only appear if a Pro is rated 5 leaves).
    • Taxes, if applicable 
    • Total

Print Billing Statement

• Log in to your Lawn Love account through the web.
• Click Profile located in the navigation bar at the top of your dashboard.
• Select Billing history.
• To view a specific lawn mowing charge, choose the desired charge by selecting the drop-down arrow next to it. If needed, you can select multiple drop-downs for additional charges.
• Right-click anywhere on the page to display the context menu.
• Select Print.
• Select the Destination, either your installed printer to print or Save as PDF.
