[Customer] How-to: Update Payment Information

Intro

Updating your billing information ensures uninterrupted service provision and smooth payment processing. Outdated or incorrect information can lead to payment failures or service delays. At Lawn Love, we prioritize convenience for our Customers, and updating your payment information can easily be done through our app.

Before You Begin

• Install the Lawn Love app.
  • via Google Play for Android
  • via App Store for iOS
• Log in to your account thru your App.

Updating Your Payment Information 

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Select Profile located in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
• Select Payment Method.
  • Payment methods should be within Lawn Love’s accepted forms of payment.
    
    • Lawn Love services are paid for online through credit and debit cards only.
    • Lawn Love does not accept other forms of payment such as
      • Cashapp
      • Paypal
      • Zelle
      • Venmo
      • Check
      • Money order
      • Prepaid credit cards
• Fill in your payment information details.
  • Card number
  • Expiration Month
  • Expiration Year
  • CVC
• Select Save Payment Method.
