Lawn Love provides services with up-front pricing and services where the Pro will assess the job first during your scheduled mow before providing a quote for your approval.

Yes, you can order Additional Services while your account is paused.

Our Pros accept services based on their ability to do the job. Sometimes your Pro may not be able to perform an Additional Service if they do not have the equipment, or proper licensing, or do not offer that service.

If you request a service and your Pro is unable to do the job, we will inform you via email.

Lawn Love provides up-front pricing for Bush Trimming, Leaf Removal, and Flower Bed Weeding.

Be sure to include all the necessary information on the service you request.

For services such as Mulching, Tree Care, Landscaping, Cleanups, and others, the Pro will assess the job during your scheduled mow before providing a quote for your approval. This allows the Pro to accurately evaluate the specific requirements and conditions of your lawn or property, ensuring that the quote is tailored to your needs.

A frequency refers to how often the service will be performed at your property. Lawn Love offers several frequencies to ensure we are able to fit your needs. Our frequencies for Additional Services are:

• One-time
• Bi-weekly, which is every 14 days
• Monthly, which is done every 28 days
  • Bush trimming is set to monthly automatically if you will not specify the frequency upon signing up for the service.
• Bi-monthly, done every 56 days.

If your Lawn Mowing Service is not paused, the Additional Service will be scheduled on the date of your next service. If your Lawn Mowing Service is paused, the Additional Service date will be set to three days after the order is placed.

Our basic service includes:

• Mowing your lawn
• Trimming the edges of the perimeter with a string trimmer
• Blowing clippings off all hard surfaces

The service will be completed on the scope of your yard selected. So if you choose front yard only the Pro will only complete these services in your front yard. 

You can update your scope by doing the following:

• Go to your Profile tab in your app.
• Under Account select Property Information.
• Under Do you require regular maintenance on the whole property or only part of the property (e.g. front yard only)? select the scope desired. 

Pre-priced services are called Instant Quotes (IQ) which are listed below:

• Bush Trimming
• Flower Bed Weeding
• Leaf Removal
• Aeration and Over Seeding (AOS)

Services that need to be manually priced by the Pro are called Manual Quotes (MQ). The availability of some services depends on your area.

In most cases, your regular Pro will be assigned to the Additional Service you requested unless they do not have the equipment needed to perform the job or they are not available. 

 

Yes, it will be scheduled on the same day as your Lawn Mowing unless:

• You request a different day
• The scope of the job is too large to be done on the same day as the Lawn Mowing service. 

 

Lawn Mowing services are calculated by the square footage of your property. 

A few of the Additional Services are pre-priced using the information you provide. Bush Trimming, Flower Bed Weeding, and Leaf Removal are pre-priced, and use the information you entered when requesting the quote. 

Other services will be priced by your Pro when they are at your property for the next Lawn Mowing.

Pool services are available to limited markets.

• It is not available in your area if it is not on your browse tab.
• Pool services will not be conducted by Lawn Love Pros.
