[Customer] How-to: Accept & Reject Long Grass Reports over 15 Inches

Intro

If your grass is over 15 inches, the Pro will submit a long grass report. You will need to review and accept the quote before the Pro can complete the service. This article is a guide to accepting & rejecting the Long Grass Fee. 

Before You Begin

• Log in to the Lawn Love app or website.
• A daily reminder to review the Long Grass Fee will be sent to you until the quote expires.
  • Once a quote expires, you are not able to either accept or reject the Long Grass Report anymore.
  • The Long Grass Fee Report will expire after 14 days. 

Review a Long Grass Report

• Click the Long Grass Report on the email that you will receive.
• It will route you to the App. From the Service tab click on Long Grass Quote. It will say Action Needed.
• On the Long Grass Report screen, you will be able to review the photos the pro submitted as well as the price of this one-time long grass service.

•  You may choose Schedule Service or Reject Service.

Accept a Long Grass Report Over 15 Inches

• Click the Long Grass Report on the email that you will receive.
• It will route you to the app. From the Service tab click on Long Grass Quote. It will say Action Needed.
• On the Long Grass Report screen, you will be able to review the photos the Pro submitted as well as the price of this one-time long grass service.

• Select the date you would like the Pro to return.
• Select Schedule Service.

Reject a Long Grass Report Over 15 Inches

• Click the Long Grass Report on the email that you will receive.
• It will route you to the app. From the Service tab click on Long Grass Quote. It will say Action Needed.
• On the Long Grass Report screen, you will be able to review the photos the Pro submitted as well as the price of this one-time long grass service. 
• If you would like to know more about how we decide about the pricing, you may tap on Learn more under How does long grass pricing works?
• Select Reject Service.
• Enter the reason for rejecting the service in the text box under Why are you rejecting the service?
• Select Submit.
• You will see a pop-up message confirming we received your request.
