No, Recommended Service is not the same as Required Service.

Recommended Service is a service recommended by your Pro which aims to address any potential issues, enhance the overall appearance, and promote the long-term health of your lawn.

Required Service, on the other hand, is a service that the Pro needs to complete before they can mow your lawn. If you decline a Required Service, your mowing service will automatically be canceled.

You will be notified via email if your Pro recommended a service. Below is a sample of the email you will receive.

The Lawn Love services that your Pro can recommend are Leaf Cleanup, Tree Care, Landscaping, Bush Trimming, Edging, Mulching, and other services that the Pro offers.

If you think that your yard needs a different service other than the one recommended by your Pro, you can Request a Quote or choose from the Additional Services that we offer.

You can reach out to your Pro through Message My Crew if you have questions about the service that they recommended.

Rejecting the Recommended Service will not affect your ongoing subscription. This service is simply a suggestion from your Pro.
