[Customer] How-to: Add an Additional Service

Intro

We provide a wide range of additional services, including Lawn Treatment, Aeration, Bush Trimming, Flower Bed Weeding, Mulching, Tree Care, Landscaping, Leaf Removal, Cleanups, and more. For most services, the Pro will determine the pricing after you submit a request. However, some services have pre-set prices for your convenience.

Before You Begin

• Install the Lawn Love app.
  • via Google Play for Android
  • via App Store for iOS
• Log in to your account through your App.

Adding an Additional Service 

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• Tap the Browse icon found at the bottom left part of your dashboard.
• Select the service you would like to order or type it into the search bar.
  
  • Lawn Love provides up-front pricing for Bush Trimming, Leaf Removal, and Flower Bed Weeding. The pricing for these services will vary based on the specific details you provide.
  • For services such as Sodding, Tree Trimming, Shrub or Tree Planting, Landscaping, Leaf Removal, Cleanups, Lawn Seeding, Weeding, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Aeration services, the Pro will assess the job during your scheduled mow before providing a quote for your approval.
  • This allows the Pro to accurately evaluate the specific requirements and conditions of your lawn or property, ensuring that the quote is tailored to your needs.
  • We have a section at the top of the Browse screen called Recommended for you. It suggests some of the most popular and seasonal services that you may be looking for.
• Be sure to include all the necessary information on the service you request.
• You will see a pop-up notification confirming that your service request has been received.
  • Services such as Lawn Treatment or Pool Cleaning must go through our 3rd party collaborators.
