[Customer] How-to: Review Recommended Services

Intro

Recommended Services are additional services outside the basic Lawn Mowing Service suggested by your Pro. By suggesting appropriate services, the Pro aims to address any potential issues, enhance the overall appearance, and promote the long-term health of your lawn.

Before You Begin

• Install the Lawn Love app.
  • via Google Play for Android
  • via App Store for iOS
• Log in to your account thru your App.

Accept Recommended Service

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• On your dashboard, select the service with the label Action Needed in red.
  • You will be directed to the Quote Details screen. You can review the following information:
    • Name of the Recommended Service
    • Address of the property where the Recommended Service will be performed
    • The date the service will be performed
    • Quoted price
    • The validity date of the quote
    • Name of the Pro
    • Description of the Recommended Service
    • Service note
      • Total hours the service will be performed
      • Total number of people who will perform the service
      • Location where the service will be performed
      • Pro's note
• Select Accept Quote to approve the quote.
• The service will appear on your dashboard as Scheduled.

Decline Recommended Service

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• On your dashboard, select the service with the label Action Needed in red.
  • You will be directed to the Quote Details screen. You can review the following information:
    • Name of the Recommended Service
    • Address of the property where the Recommended Service will be performed
    • The date the service will be performed
    • Quoted price
    • The validity date of the quote
    • Name of the Pro
    • Description of the Recommended Service
    • Service note
      • Total hours the service will be performed
      • Total number of people who will perform the service
      • Location where the service will be performed
      • Pro's note
• Select Discuss Quote.
• Type in your reason for rejecting the quote in the box (optional).
• Select Turn Down Quote if you do not approve the quote.
• The Quote Details screen will show Rejected.
• The rejected quote will not be displayed in your dashboard.

Ask a Question

• Log in to your Lawn Love app.
• On your dashboard, select the service with the label Action Needed in red.
  • You will be directed to the Quote Details screen. You can review the following information:
    • Name of the Recommended Service
    • Address of the property where the Recommended Service will be performed
    • The date the service will be performed
    • Quoted price
    • The validity date of the quote
    • Name of the Pro
    • Description of the Recommended Service
    • Service note
      • Total hours the service will be performed
      • Total number of people who will perform the service
      • Location where the service will be performed
      • Pro's note
• Select Discuss Quote.
• Select Ask a Question to start a chat with your Pro about the recommended service.

Turn Off Additional Services

• Once you are logged into the Lawn Love app, select the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen. 
• Select Property Information.
• Fill out the details and select Next.
• Select the toggle button by Are you interested in receiving service recommendations? to No.
