Intro
You have various options to modify your upcoming service schedules: Change Service Window, One-Time Reschedule, and Skip. If you want to permanently switch your service schedule to a different two-day window, you can request a Change Service Window. For a service outside your regular frequency on a specific future day, you can request a One-Time Reschedule. Additionally, if you don't require the upcoming service for any reason, you can choose to Skip it.

Before You Begin
- Install the Lawn Love app.
- via Google Play for Android
- via App Store for iOS
- Log in to your account through your App.
- If the Required Service date changes or is rescheduled, related services will be adjusted accordingly.
- If the Required Service date is moved earlier, the related service will not change its scheduled dates.
- If the Required Service date is moved later, the related service will adjust accordingly to maintain the same day gap between services.
Lawn Mowing
Change Service Window
- Log in to your Lawn Love app.
- Go to the Service menu icon.
- Click your active Lawn Mowing subscription.
- Select Change schedule.
- Next, select Reschedule upcoming service.
- On the next page, you will see a calendar with the Pro's available dates, choose your preferred service day.
- Check the box beside "I want to have all my services on (chosen day) in the future." to move all future services to your new service window.
- Be sure to make this request at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Choose the Reschedule Service button to submit request.
- Next, you will be asked to confirm your request and select Confirm Reschedule.
- Select Go To My Services to go back to your dashboard.
One-Time Reschedule
- Log in to your Lawn Love app.
- Go to the Service menu icon.
- Click your active Lawn Mowing subscription.
- Select Change schedule.
- Next, select Reschedule upcoming service.
- On the next page, you will see a calendar with the Pro's available dates, choose your preferred service date.
- Do not check the box beside "I want to have all my services on (chosen day) in the future." Checking this will move all future services and will change your service window.
- Be sure to make this request at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Choose the Reschedule Service button to submit request.
- Next, you will be asked to confirm your request and select Confirm Reschedule.
- Select Go To My Services to go back to your dashboard.
Skip
- Log in to your Lawn Love app.
- Go to the Service menu icon.
- Click your active Lawn Mowing subscription.
- Select Skip.
- Be sure to make this request at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- On the next screen, you will see the date of when the service will be scheduled.
- Choose Skip Service.
- After you have skipped your service, you will see a confirmation message.
- Select Go To My Services to go back to your dashboard.
Additional Service
Change Service Window

- Choose the additional service that needs rescheduling.

- Select Go To My Services to go back to your dashboard.
