In order to prevent unnecessary rescheduling or delays, it is important to know when your next service is scheduled so that you can ensure that the lawn is free of obstructions that could cause unnecessary rescheduling or delays. The Lawn Love app provides you with a quick overview of the upcoming services you need.

Before You Begin
- Install the Lawn Love app.
- via Google Play for Android
- via App Store for iOS
- Log in to your account through your App.
View Upcoming Services

- Log in to your App.
- Go to your Service dashboard by selecting the Service menu.
- On My Services screen, you will see the active service/s and the following details:
- Type of service
- Date of next service
- Frequency
- You can view more detailed information if you select the service.
- Type of service
- Date of next service
- Frequency
- Price per service
- Name of Pro
- If you just signed up or reactivated and/or we are looking for a new Pro to the service the status will show as Pending Service & Pending Pro until a Pro is assigned.

If a Pro has not yet been assigned to you, there will be a Service Note on your Lawn Mowing screen that says: We are looking for a Pro to complete your lawn mowing service. You will be notified once a Pro is assigned.

- Pause for the season
- Cancel
- If you have skipped or requested to reschedule a service, you can check the status to see if it has been processed or if you are still waiting for confirmation from the Pro.
- This also applies to non-mowing or additional services.
