Intro
Lawn Mowing services can be paused or canceled for a variety of reasons. During the fall and winter, you may request that your Lawn Mowing services be paused until a later date due to the lack of growth on the lawn. If the service is once again required, you can have it reactivated thru your Lawn Love app.

Before You Begin
- Install the Lawn Love app.
- via Google Play for Android
- via App Store for iOS
- Log in to your App.
Pause Service
- Log in to your App.
- From the dashboard/Browse tab, select the Service icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Lawn Mowing.
- The screen will show the details of your service.
- Select Pause for the season.
- The screen will show three alternatives to pausing your service:
- Need to change your frequency?
- Change Frequency
- Just need to skip this one time?
- Skip Your Mow
- Only want to pause some of your services?
- Contact Support
- Need to change your frequency?
- Select Continue.
- You will be asked to confirm the pause. The screen will show the details of the service to be paused:
- Property address
- Date the service will resume
- Select Pause Service.
- The screen will show confirmation that the service is paused.
Reactivate Service
- Log in to your App.
- From your dashboard, select the property you are ordering for from the drop down menu if you have multiple properties.
- Press the View Price button under Lawn Mowing beneath Recommended for you.
- On the Activate Service screen, select the following details:

Weekly Service every 7 days Bi-Weekly Service every 14 days Monthly Service every 28 days - Monthly frequency is only available during the fall and winter seasons.

Mowing Frequency
- A summary of the total price per service will be shown.
- Check I agree to the Lawn Love long grass policy.
- Select Complete Booking.
- You will be directed to the Policies screen.
- Select Agree & Continue.
- Fill out the Property Details.
- Select Save & Finish.
- Your dashboard will reflect your activated subscription under My Scheduled Services.
- It will show Pending Pro as our system will look for an available Pro within your area.
Reactivate Early from a Pause
- Log in to your App.
- From the dashboard, press the Service tab.
- You will be taken to the My Services screen where it will show your property is Paused.
- Press the property adress drop down button to make sure the correct property is selected.
- Press the box that says Lawn Mowing for the selected property.
- Select Reactivate Earlier.
- Select the Calendar icon to choose a date when you would like to schedule the mow.
- Select Reactivate Earlier.
- Your dashboard will now reflect the changes to your service schedule.
- A notification pill on the upper right side of the Lawn Mowing Service screen will show Scheduled.
- Your Lawn Mowing service will be assigned to the same Pro you had from last season.
- If your Pro from last season is not available this season the system will look for another one. Your service will show as Pending Pro until one is found.
- A Long Grass Fee may be added if applicable.
