Lawn Mowing services can be paused or canceled for a variety of reasons. During the fall and winter, you may request that your Lawn Mowing services be paused until a later date due to the lack of growth on the lawn. These frequently asked questions will help you understand and address common concerns related to the timing, availability, and flexibility of scheduling appointments.

Pause
Can I choose a pause date?
No, you cannot choose a pause date. The system will pause until the beginning of the spring which is in March. If you want to suspend service for a short period of time, you can skip services.
Can I pause at any time?
You can pause your services at least 48 hours before the next service is scheduled.
Can I unpause early?
Yes, you can unpause any time you feel your lawn needs to be serviced. If your Pro from last season is unavailable, the system will look for a new one. Your Lawn Mowing subscription will show as Pending Pro in the app.
What if I have a Lawn Treatment subscription and wish to pause my Lawn Mowing service?
If there is a lawn treatment service in the account, it will remain active if the lawn mowing service is paused. Lawn Treatment is not able to be paused so you would have to cancel the service if you don't want to receive it while your lawn mowing is paused.
Lawn Treatment will automatically be paused during Winter and resume in Spring. You are not required to take any action.
When will the pause take effect?
The Pause will take effect immediately if not within 48 hours of service, and you will not have service until the following Spring.
Can I pause my Additional Services?
No. Additional Services, including Recurring Additional Services, cannot be paused.
What if I have multiple properties and want to pause?
If you have multiple properties, each property will have to be paused separately.
Will I keep the same price after my service unpauses?
No. You will not keep your price as the price may go up due to the current market price in the area.
Can I order Additional Services while on pause?
Yes, you can order additional services while on Pause.
Will I have the same Pro after my service unpauses?
Yes, you will keep the same Pro if the Pro is available next season as long as the Pro is still active.
Will I be notified before my services unpause?
Yes, you will receive an email as a reminder before your service resumes.

Where can I see my current Lawn Mowing frequency?
You can find your current Lawn Mowing Frequency in your Lawn Love app, by going to the Service menu.
What will happen if I change to Monthly Frequency and it's already spring?
If you selected Monthly Frequency during the fall and winter months, it will automatically return to your previous Frequency, either Weekly or Bi-weekly, in the spring.
You will receive an email alerting you to the coming change before it takes effect.
How do I change my Frequency?
You can change your recurring service's frequency by going to the service and choosing Change schedule, and then Change frequency.
Why is there no option to change my service frequency?
Frequency change is only applicable to recurring services. You cannot change the frequency for one-time services.
Will I see the prices for the different frequencies?
Yes, you can select from the available frequencies and their corresponding fees.
What are the available frequencies?
Weekly - Your service will be every 7 days
Bi-Weekly - Your service will be every 14 days
Monthly - Your service will be every 28 days
Why don't I see the Monthly frequency option?
The Monthly frequency option is not available during the Spring and Summer months. Once Spring arrives, the Monthly option will disappear from the app.
When Customers with a Monthly mowing frequency pause for the season, the frequency is changed to Bi-Weekly so that they start the season at a better mowing frequency.
Reschedule
Why am I unable to pick the date I wish to reschedule for?
It means that your Pro is not available and cannot perform the service on that date.
Why am I unable to request a One-Time Reschedule?
Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your original scheduled date.
Will I receive a notification or confirmation if my schedule change has been processed?
If you requested a One-Time Reschedule, you will receive an email notification once the Pro accepts or rejects your request. If the Pro does not respond to your request within 24 hours, it will expire and will not be processed.
If you requested a Change Service Window, there won't be notifications but you can check the app if your request has been processed. If the Pro does not respond to your request within 48 hours, it will expire and will be automatically approved.
Will my Service Window change take effect as expected?
If the requested day is within 48 hours, the schedule change will take effect next week.
Can I skip my non-mowing service(s)?
Yes, you can have additional services skipped as long as they are recurring.
What happens to related services if the Required Service date changes/is rescheduled?
