[Customer] How-to: Find Past Services

Intro

Your account's Service History allows you to view previous and upcoming services. The Service History gives you information such as service status, cost, the pro assigned, the next scheduled appointment, and the specific details of the service. This article will guide you in finding the Service History in the Lawn Love app and website. 

Before You Begin

• Log in to the App or website.

Finding Past Services in the App 

• Log into the app.
• Select the Profile Tab at the bottom of the screen. 
• Under Account select Past Services.
• From the Service History screen, you can choose from all services past and upcoming. Select the service you need to view. 
• You will see the following:
  • Next appointment date
  • Service frequency
  • Price
  •  Pro assigned to the service 
  • What's included description of the service
• Select Service details to see all the details of the service.
• You can see the status of the service in the upper right corner of the screen. It will say Scheduled, Rescheduled, Skipped, or Completed.

Service History on the Website

• Log in to your account
  • https://my.lawnlove.com/login
• Select the Meatball Icon (3 dots) in the My Scheduled Sevices section.
• Select Service Details from the drop-down menu.
• From the Service Details page select Service History under the Additional Service Options.
• From the Service History page, you can see all upcoming and past services. 
  • Pricing and Frequency are located on the Service Details page.
